Cancellation Policy

Landscape Work Booking Policy •   Booking: Schedule services at least 7 in advance, unless otherwise stated. A deposit of 1/3 down secures your booking.    •   Estimates: Free estimates provided, valid for 30 days from date of estimate. New written and signed estimates required for changes in work scope.    •   Cancellations/Rescheduling: Must be made [48 hours] in advance to avoid a fee or losing deposit.    •   Payment: Due upon completion of job unless other arrangements have been made and agreed to in writing. We accept cash, Venmo, cashier check, ach transfer with a 2% fee, credit and debit cards with a 3% processing fee. Late fees of $10 per day until paid will apply after 48 hours from invoice date.    •   Weather Delays: Services may be rescheduled due to weather.     •   Liability: •   We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to property, plants, structures, irrigation, or utilities •   Clients must inform us of any underground utilities or hazards
